You have a lot of research to do. Start by using google.com honda-tech.com and the search function.

A sleeved 84mm b18 or b20 would be ideal with a vtec cylinder head (b16 or b18c).

Proper valvetrain & cams along with intake manifold would also be part of the powerplant.

Concerning a turbo kit, you could put one together your self or look into kits from different companies such as AFI, Full-Race, Peak Boost etc..

Concerning fuel management, an obd2 to obd1 harness & obd1 ecu on hondata, ectune, neptune etc..., walbro 255lph pump, proper precision or rc injectors with proper clips & resistor box if needed etc...

Well i was thinking not boring to 84mm...just leave it at 81mm...which is stock right?...why should i bore to 84mm. Wats the positive to boring to 84mm.

Also i planed on making it non-vtec. I plan on useing hondata upgrading full valvetrain and bottom end. Really just wanted to know what motor would be better so far as HP torque and reliability.

84mm bore = more displacement.
If your sleeving it, you might aswell got to 84mm, it does not cost anymore.

Concerning staying non-vtec, that would be a mistake on your part. The non-vtec head does not flow as well as a vtec cylinder head.

A b20 and b18 are the same once they are sleeved, however a b20 is a 84mm factory sleeve.

oooooo...ok 84mm it is...is there a way to make a non-vtec head flow well or is vtec the only answer...and why does the vtec head flow better?

I wouldn't waste my time on a non-vtec platform.
The rocker arm assembly was not designed for high revs.

GSR/Type-R/LS-Vtec/B20-Vtec.
It really does not matter considering your sleeving it.

doesnt the gsr type r and other motors that come already vtec have oil squerters or something in the block that keep it cooler or more lubed . Well would that be an issue if i put vtec on the ls motor. Since the ls does not come with the squerters?
