Okay Im having a debate with my friend trying to see what a new Si runs n the 1/4. 15.7 is the word fomr road and track but what about with I/H/E? IS that 14s territory?

no it wont but with turbo it would run 13s easy with a jrsc supercharger maybe 15.8 but he is looking at mid -low 15 depends on driver

i know i can run flat 15s
i ran a 15.4 with 18s on mine. i have i/e and i had a heavy ass system in it too. weight reduction in the Si is critical... theres simply no torque. whens the next tr.com day at desoto? ill prove that i can run flat 15s with smaller wheels and no system.

Well I ran a 14.7 with a nasty bad clutch and stock exhaust manifold with the oem cat. Did I tell you Im a horrible driver ?

After I get the header and testpipe installed and the new clutch and some practice and few other secret tweaks..I expect low 14s or high 13s...13.5 is my goal after internal works or 250-260hp is my hp goal. Im into streetable performance and not just 1/4 mile.

Sis are not that quick as people think but after well chosen mods and the driver ive seen high 14s with just header and exhaust.

Ballzy2000Si can give you a good run for your money. I have raced couple of Sis around town with some mods and I can tell you hes the fastest n/a Si Ive raced before.

IMO but again... Im a slow bastard ! !

 

That is just sad. I dont have any REAL performance mods AT ALL and ran a 15.6 with a near full tank of gas my first time every running my SI at the track. 19750 miles on the clock.
