LS-VTEC w/B18A block and B-16a2 Head

LS-VTEC w/B18A block and B-16a2 Head
Was good everyone. I need to know if I could take a B-18a block that I got and put a obd2 B16 head on it with no broblem. If I am not mistaken, my harness asks for a crank sensor but I dont beleive the older B18 blocks use a crank sensor. Oh, and this is all going into a 97 Ek, but I used a jumper harness to go with a OBD1 chipped ecu. What do I have to do to make this work??? Help is greatly appreciated.

if you have to ask this question you shouldn't be building a LSvtec

you will need a obd2 Oil pump.plus there is some work you will need to do to the head but you will enjoy the set up o yes the head will fit when the work is done that is needed

Thanks smart ass. But I beleive this is a forum for help questions. I have obviously never built an LS-vtec Motor, hence the "help question". Thanks again.

You have obviously never searched. This topic gets covered quite a bit in here and everyone is tired of seeing the same questions asked. Theres a sticky up at top of this forum that say "LS/VTEC" real big. Also like metnioned before SEARCH on honda-tech.com and you will find every single question you have about LS/VTEC.
