Okay Most likely This is gonna get refered to spec-r soon enough but time constraints etc...So My 93 ex weak as crap 120k on the clock. I know it still pulls but nothing like it should be so I figure swap but no swap with an auto. SO I say rebuild and turbo it to hell. Or Approx. SO heres the fun part can I get a basic rundown on costs and what kind of turbo system is good for me to beat a gsr. Not the greddy one please...I thinking f-max or drag gen 2. I saw a gen 2 online for something like 2500 whihc that plus the rebuild for boost is attainable. Not like Im Mr. f-ing moneybags here but this would be like my only christmas and birthday gift from everybody in my entire family. plus my contributions of course. And whats the time frame it would take this sort of thing to be complete. Thanks for any info.

Are you saying your car is auto? Switching to 5spd is a pain in the a$$ but it would be worth it. Turboing(sp.) a D-series honda auto tranny w/ a somewhat serious kit would probably destroy it if driven consistently hard. You could even consider an auto Ls swap. Just my $.02.

Yeah thats my plight. Will a striaght ls auto bolt right up? Im just looking for enough power to beat a 92 hatch with a swappwed in d series.
