need help again pls

my friends speedo stopped working and his check engine light goes on and off just wondering if any one has any input on this if it matters its a 95 4 door civic with a d15 and auto tranny, thanks

Yeah..find out which Check engine light code is being thrown.

VSS, located on top of tranny, check the vss itself and the wires.

o.k. now my cars check engine light came on so i checked to see the code it blinks fast 9 times then pauses then blinks one long blink then repeats so is that two differnt codes
