Has anyone ever experienced that in the morning or late evening that their a/c would blow really cold or work well, but when getting in the car in the afternoon and turning on the A/C it just will never get really cold. I do know what there has been some problems with the A/C control and push hard on my recycle button the a/c clutch will kick on and stay on.

Prolly time for a new condensor, receiver, and orifice tube.
