Unhappy tech help: 89 honda civic 4 door

over the holiday my 89 civic sedan overheated of a crack radiator. umm...my temp went up HOT and decided to let it cool off. once it got cool off and i added more water to it and just a few blocks left to my house. sudden that my car didn't work anymore. i'm not to sure what cause my car not starting. got my car towed to my house and I quickly purchase a new radiator from a local shop, but had to waited 2 days (don't know why) now i got my radiator and installed it and it still not working. what seem to be my problem here and I'm clueless help me guys?

1. seem to be the battery got weak and jump start it not doing any good.

2. it give power, but seem to be is not catching it.

3. stepping on gas pedal awhile cranking the ignition, doing no good.

4. all I did was just replace my old radiator and not touch anything else.

Help me out here guys, it might be a little problem, just that not knowing for sure what is. This is my daily car and I need this thing up running ASAP. So, any advice let me know. Thanks ya!!! I don't feel like taking to the shop and charged me 60-80$ per hour + towing for a little problem. I don't think so...

does the car crank at all when you try to start it?if so try takeing off the distributor and cap and look inside i have worked on a car that overheated bad and it somewhat forced the rotor to melt...plus check fuses even check your spark plugs

yes, is a stock motor single cam. i think it might has to do with the distributor and the rotor, i think there is a chance might have some water in it...idk.
