engine builders need advise !!!
is there an easy way to remove valve seals after you take out the springs and retainers ???
by the way its in my accord engine f22a4 ...

no twisting ... there is 2 groves that they lock in too when you push them on ... putting them on isn't a problem is pulling them off ...
