A/c tentioner bolt substitute?

Default A/c tentioner bolt substitute?

Say I lost the bolt, can I go to a hardware store and buy a super long one and just use that, or will it loosen itself up and start squealing?

i dont see why if you have the correct size and thread it wouldnt work. just make sure its tight and you should be good

im sure its 10mm 1.25 maybe 1.5 hmmmm but why super long wait are you talking bout this one or this one
