That cause we never had any fast guys other than Jason and a few from this area that had an idea what makes a good car run clean down the 1/4. Actually, members of honda-tech.com since someone here mention it sucks, lol

Seriously, I knew that back in '02 when i work at Acura. I was selling ITR trannies to alot of these teams that were racing the NHRA circuit and to a good handful members on h-t.com. After awhile, everyone starting making killer power w/ the help of EMS system, then the new trannies were popping left and right, lol

Now, K-trannies are falling apart, . Not as strong as the B-series, but the motors still rock!

 

cuase different people tell me b16 is good for all motor and ls is good for turbo and also gsr for turbo its just so much freaking oppions to go.

 

well if you want to have an ls tranny i'll trade you mine for your b16 straight trade lmao...no man keep the b16 tranny that thing will haul ass boosted at 15lbs although I would limit the boost a little if that motor is all stock.

 

LS is good for turbo ... Smack them. You can give it a try but you have people that have been doing this for a good amount of time telling you not to

 

He needs a tranny that will carry the car past 160MPH...! I ain't shit-in ya he needs a longer 5th gear. It get's to 160MPH effort-ly and has a few thousand rpms left to keep moving! Go GSR w/ LSD shit-head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW my foot slip-ed of ya clutch last night....Fukin racing pedal.

 

The car must be making 800+whp then, no? T4EG makes 750whp and trapped 156MPH. 60-1EK makes 650whp and trapped 149MPH. T4EG runs a GSR transmission and 60-1EK runs an ITR transmission

 

I didn't say down da 1/4 MILE....! I'm talking down BAYSIDE! I don't even know if he's taken da car to da track.

 

so why not run the B16 1st-4th and an LS 5th.
