so i just redid my fuel system, and yes i did it right, now if i drive my car i get to about 2500rpm and the motor will spit and sputter and shut off but if i let off the gas it works again. what the hell can be wrong with it?

 

when you say you redid your fuel system what did you do?

 

did u change your fuel filters? and ur fuel pump? cos thats what it sounds like

 

yea i changed the fuel pump and fuel filter. and will idel fine just when you go to accelerate it just runs like shit

 

possible lines swapped. inlet on out and visversa

 

the only think i could think is the O2 sensor.... because it doesnt do it until the car is moving

 

id make sure all lines are hooked up properly, are you throwing any cel

 

not throwing any codes not leaking any fuel nothin

 

If it was the o2 sensor then you would be throwin a cel. have you checked your dizzy?[cap , rotor] will it rev up fine just sittin still?
