I need someone to burn me a new chip with a p13 base map for the P28 ECU.
I tried calling some of the places posted on here but most dont do them or it's too far. So if you're around the bay area let me know.

Everyone and there cousin claims to chip ecus & I am sure they can.
Keep in mind that the program you are going to get with your ecu (Data that your vehicle runs on.) also, the chipping job & the quality of the work is what you really should be looking into.
