yea u can use bondo and then sand it.. my friend has done it b4

bondo will break it is made to be applyed to a planel that doesn't move .
fenders roofs quators and so on if you put it on a movable over time it will crack and break off do to climate and opening and closing of movable panels

true, but your not laying much on there. i did mine on my dc teg about 5 months ago. they are still holding perfect. i cut up peices of sheet metal, tiny peices just enough to cover the hole from the back and jb welded them in place. then just a thin layer of bondo to smooth out the hole and sand it down. the rear holes were a bitch to get to but not that bad. from start to finish it took about 5 hours.
