are the h22 type s springs and retainers stiffer than the stock jdm h22 springs and retainers? the stocks are double spring and so are the type s and can i get away with running a cam with a Lift/Duration: IN. 0.505, 270; EX. 0.465, 275 with the type s valve springs and retainers and this with 11 to 1 type s pistons and stock steal head gasket i have both the stock and type s valve springs and retainers plus i am not going to rev past 8 grand
