Tuning to pass emissions?

could a ls/vtec with a supercharger pass emmisions in GA?
would you have to make a lean tune to get it to pass?

You could but that sounds kinda dangerous running it that lean to pass, it can cause your engine to miss and overheat your cat (if you even have one).

You really need to find out what the state's requirements & tests are before you even think about finding a way to pass.

ls-vtek with supercharger, run full exhaust with cat, been up on Georgia web sites - they state run stock obd2 computer for testing, then convert back to obd1 with tune for every day use?
