Default Car is having a rattling problem in 1st-3rd???

Alright I have a ek hatch with a jdm type r motor/trans. Anyways it started rattling when I first go into 1st gear, then 2nd, then 3rd after I was running it pretty hard and had some extreme wheel hop going from 1st to 2nd. Ya know how when you first let off the clutch and it bucks a little tiny bit? well it rattles and it almost matches the revs but not really. I dunno really weird and hard to explain. Anyways I put it up on jack stands and put load on the control arms and went through the gears and nothing! So it is only when the car is driving, also makes no noise when it free revs. Seems like it is coming from the drivers side front also. Any ideas?

Nope not axles, not like that type of rattling, and I checked all the mounts, didn't check bushings... I'll check it tomorrow. Also noticed it does do it in all gears just not so noticable in 4th and 5th. I noticed it does it sometimes going over bumps to so I am thinking it is something suspension related?

Maybe your tires need to be balanced again, some weights could've fallen off.

Have you tried taking the car up to about 40 and just pushing the clutch in and listening for it? That'll help you figure out if its drivetrain or suspension.

Also check your lug nuts, lol. Ive heard a loose tire, could have sworn on my life it was a bad CV joint.

Not a tire balance issue, and just put new lug nuts on yesterday so that's not it... I tried pushing in the clutch and it stops, but also the car doesn't have any more momentum when you do that which is what seems to be what is causing hte noise.
