Cylinder position sensor may be going bad. Use a voltmeter and check it; it's in the dizzy.

mines lit too but its been that way since i went obd-1. It's not my dizzy though cause the dizzy was brand new. I did use a dizzy jumper harness so my wires may be switched. Cant say if its the same for you though since you may have been obd-1 already.

I checked the Cylinder Position Sensor, and its fine. Its reading in the power range it should be. The same CEL is on tho. Added to that my vtec isnt engaging.. any more ideas what it might be? thanks

sounds like wiring between ecu and whatever isn't working. Ohm meter and a wiring diagram will straighten you out.
