I have a problem with my H22 swap. It's obd1 and im using the p13 ecu. Whenever i start the car it idles a bit rough and when i step on the gas it rev no more than 4k before it starts to choke or sometimes turn off the engine on it one due to the choke. Could this be a vacuum problem or what? anyone? If anyone around the bay area know how to wire and hook up an H22 ill willing to pay to get it done asap.

You can't chip a p13 ecu with crome/hondata/neptune/uberdata etc.
So that honestly wouldn't resolve your issue.

It sounds to me like you may have mix-matched plugs in your engine harness or a bad ecu etc.

it's not im trying to chip the p13. im using a p13 now but have a p28 that's already socketed for the old setup. if someone can burn me a new rom for the p28 with h22 basemap. or help me narrow down the problem. it's either the vacumm or the injector wires that i would find plausible.

 

1. You need to check your codes while using your p13.
2. You need to resolve every MIL you can.
3. If you can't handle this you need to have the car towed to a shop that can.
