Default bleeding abs?

i have tried 6 times to bleed my brakes from pass rear, to driver rear, then pass front, to driver front. it all is perfect, then i start the car, and the pedal is back to spongy and shitty. Do you need to have the abs system bled by a machine?

just make sure to let some fluid come out of all 4 bleeders by the brakes to get all air out...
also, there are other methods to bleeding a brake system.
just be careful... air in the brakes can be a real problem

gravity bleeding is what you do before bleeding the calipers on abs. its where you open all 4 of the little bleeders at once and fill the res, leave the cap off, and keep refilling as it pushes fluid through and air bubbles out the top. then you go through and close all calipers and start with farthest from the mc, and work your way around doing the pump and bleed method individually. they are absolutely wonderful now!

All right I have a stupid question but need the information because I had to help bleed ABS brakes and didn't know about what I put in bold above. The rest of it i know how to do.

When you open all 4 bleeders, fill the res, leave the cap off and keep refilling as it pushes the through and the air bubbles out, what is causing the fluid to be pushed out? the down and release method on the brake pedal or is it a function of the ABS that takes over.

its okay you can laugh but really I need the answer

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
