Help Me Pls!!!!

I drive a 94 accord vtec manual and everytime I try to get the most power out of it, the rpms wont go past 5.5 rpms so i dont get the power from the vtec...does anyone kno wat it could be or how i could fix it?

Is your check engine light on ?
If so, check your codes & get back to us...

your solenoid isnt functioning properly, disconnected maybe

no the engine light is not on...everything seems to work properly but the car just wont go past 5.5 rpms...

I dont kno much about engine's stuff like solenoid is there neway you could tell me where i would find that to see if its unplugged or damaged??

if it was unplugged, you would have a check engine light

have you changed the timing at all? does it stop at 5.5k or just does it start to break up ?

No i havent changed nething at all...i heard someone say that i mite need an ecu because vtec engines that are built in the US don't have the vtec working just the set up which means i would have to get a new ecu for my vtec to start working...
