Default ABS misfiring on 94 ex

After a bad visit to a shitty mechanic for an axle and pad replacement the abs pulser on the right side of my car started flipping out... It misfires and pulsates randomly. When it pulsates the brake pedal will pulsate with it if I'm braking. Also that wheel will completely lock up forcing me to the right.

Looking at the axle after leaving his shop I noticed that the crown on the axle that the pulser touches is misformed, it's almost oval shaped, and the pulser is moved up higher than the driver sides is. I replaced the axle but the pulser is still misfiring.
The mechanic claims that his work did nothing to damage the pulser and the problem is really in my abs computer misfiring the siginal to just that pulser and the damage to the axle was caused by the pulser. I know it's all bullshit. If the pulser broke anything on the axle wouldn't it break the teeth off the crown before it disformed it? The computer works fine to notify me that the fuses have been broken (pulled) for abs 1 and 2 and it also turns on like it should when starting the car and turns off however it does not notify me that there's a problem with the abs...
Doesn't the ABS work on a front and back basis? I know it reads each gear on all four axles to determine when they've been locked up, but when it sends the siginal to the pulser shouldn't it send the same siginal to both sides of the front and then both sides of the back? I think if it was misfiring the siginal it'd be misfiring on both sides of the front, not just the right.

I get no ABS light indicating a problem so I'm kinda stumped on what the real problem is.

I've been having a real shitty time trying to find a mechanic I feel can fix this for a decent price. I found one place that guarenteed it would be fixed but they wanted to replace the entire ABS system, computer, pulsers, everything for all 4 brakes. They wouldn't do just that one side for me or even just the front 2. It was everything or nothing. I know the entire system isn't screwed cause it worked just fine before this asshole fucked it up.
Anyone have any suggestions on a good mechanic who's not too expensive to fix this? I'm a poor student who's new to the usf area. so far I can only find ghetto mechanics around here If you're a mechanic in this area or close who can do this kind of work and guarentee your work or know one that does PM me, BBB and ase certified preferred.
Plus what shops around here will install the parts I purchase for me?
