It's normal. It's a buyers market for B series now due to saturation - including saturation of stolen parts. Also a number of people dumping B to go K and are letting things go cheap to finance their K habits, which isn't helping B sellers.

Another factor is lack of buyer knowledge. I have seen it numerous times - buyers who don't know enough to assess the quality of a part and are reluctant to buy unless the price is so low they feel they can "take a chance."
If buyers knew more, they wouldn't be so affraid to spend a buck. If people stopped selling junk to buyers who don't know any better, it would help, as well.

I went to pick up a b16 trans from a kid on here that he said was good and had a Quaife LSD. When I met him, it was a stock trans and had no LSD of any kind. On top of that, a closer look and the OEM differential was broken.

The price was so low, I could see someone who wouldn't know any better just handing him the money.
