I put a turbo kit on my car, and its just sitting right now... Because my wastegate is missing the top vaccum feed. (The place on the top of most wastegates, that has the tirm) i know that this connection has a say so in helping control my boost. NOW my question is... can i use just a regular vacuum conection(pick one up at Discount). or is that pice specificly made for the wastegate.

What type of wastegate is it. On a Tial if you are running solely off the wastegate or are using a mbc you use the lower port and don't even touch the top one.

 

i do have a mbc. and its off of a hks turbo kits. so with the mbc, do i just cap off the trim or leave it open

 

I'm not familiar with hks wastegates.
