Default crank bolt issue need help

the car is a civic cx hatchback eg we pulled the d15b8 out and put in a d15b7 but the b7 was missing the crank pulley and bolt so we took the one off the b8. the pulley went on no problem but the bolt is to small (14mm) just slides in the threads with extra space so i picked up a bolt from UGLY86INTEGRA for the b7 didn't fit either same problem. So then i was thinking well maybe i just got the wrong one from him. I picked on up from honda yesterday and same thing its 14mm and seems that i need a 16mm anyone ever has this problem or know where i can get the proper crank bolt.
