speedo going crazy in 99 ex HELP!

Default speedo going crazy in 99 ex HELP!

speedo jumps like crazy while accelerating .... like up to 100+ sometimes... and sometimes it stays at 0... started happening last nite... is it the speedo sensor?? and help appreciated

what is the car doing when this is happening? sounds like the vehicle speed sensor may be bad.

car is accelerating/decelerating as usual... rpms work fuel gauge temp everything but the mph is now stuck at 0... at ANY speed i go

check your ecu...its probably the vehice speed sensor most likely

YOu can also check the speedo/alt. fuse under the dash, its a 7.5 amp. If it blows that will happen to your speedo as well

checked and changed the fuse... still doing the same thing.... howmuch is the speed sensor? and it is difficult to install

change the speed sensor there not that much and usually the problem i had this happen to me like 4 time it was the sensor everytime
