Energy suspension front control arm bushing kit

Well, my lower control arm bushings are shot, and I found this kit energy suspension makes, my question is, how would I go about getting the old bushings out, and I hear the new ones have to be pressed in, what's that gonna run price wise?

i myself would not use them i like the oem style it is alot better but cust more..the olds ones have to be pressed out also they are whole parts the Es.just slide in then you hammer in the center stud or you can press them to
