ABS and Trany issues??

Default ABS and Trany issues??

Hey guy i have a 93 ex coupe and im pretty sure i have abs on it but today i was driving down sheldon and i hit the brakes my wheels locked up and i slid for about 30 feet (atleast it felt that way haha) and i have brand new tires all around and new brake pads maybe a 2 months old never had any issues till today it was raining out but still ive never had that happen before also to kill two birds with one stone my trany is acting up sometime it wont go into first until i give it a lil gas everyonce in a while and seconds grinds when the rpm get over 5500-6000 ranger any ideas or will it crap out any day now thanks

bump okay wheels locked up again and i really wasnt on the brake to hard can someone help me out

look at your gauge cluster, if u have ABS there will be a light for it. if not, then u dont have ABS.

check your new tires, what is the psi set at?

as for your tranny, sounds like your synchros are worn down. it will need to be replaced sooner or later. rebuild or replace tranny is up to u.

i figured the trany issues and i have an abs light but it didnt kick on when i slid and my tires are a lil over psi could i have like a back sensor im not sure how abs works
