the temp guage doesn't even reach to half and this is after leaving it running at idle for around 10 minutes. The car has 50/50 in it......I jumped the fan and both the condensor fan and radiator fan comes on with DC power to them.....but if i leave it up to the car they never come on......Like i said the car hasn't overheated yet....and i kinda wanna avoid it getting to that point but i'm thinking that if coolant is boiling in my reservior it may be the beginning of a unnecessary problem

Do u have coolant in the reservior? When I changed my coolant it took like 20 mins of sitting at idle before the fan fimally kicked on, just watch your temp gauge
