I would also say that you may want to check you FLCA bushing and your rod end buchings. This is something like my rex is doing. Check you wheel bearing as well.
I don't think it has anything to do with the steering wheel.
Yes your shocks a blown and just look under the car and see if you CV boot is ripped, this can also cause a ruff ride if there bad enough.
Another thing that may be happening is that if this car had PS at one time and was removed, the rack can dry out. They make PS racks and non-PS racks. People seem to think it is ok to just take the PS off and drive it like that, well it's not and the rack will go bad.

Cburke, yeah, the front left CV joint is in BAD shape, popping like crazy, and I did some basic drive testing today, the car has no PS, however, it turns right smooth, but turning left becomes VERY difficult and stiff and the Join Pops like Crazy. Could the CV Joint be causing all of this?
