so i got a new valvecover gasket kit and i got the main one in fine, but the old spark plug gaskets on the valve cover are a bitch and a half. is there a easy way to get these out or am i just gonna have to hack away at them?

 

just pry it off with a flathead screwdriver. no other way that i know of.
