different mounts will not hurt a thing. You will notice more vibrations coming into the car if you got stiff mounts, but you will also notice much better throttle responce with it.

I have a rear solid mount in the back of my crx b16a with no problems to date

the only thing i can think of is sometimes aftermarket mounts will place the engine either forward or further back than the OEM mounts so you may find this to be an issue when trying to use the OEM transmission mount, though it may or may not be by much

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

To overcome a slight motor mount misalignment,
with a single bolt standing up, you can always slot
the mount, or drill the hole larger, and put a bigger flat washer under the bolt.-Bob
