Are you running an air filter? What about an aftermarket throttlebody, does it have both the screws in the throttleplate? To damage the plug you either had to ingest something or drop a valve, a turbo motor will not melt a plug n/a no matter how bad you tune is.

Default Dropped valve compression test (with no compression tester)

The quick compression tester for a suspected dropped valve is to put your finger over the spark plug hole. Something as drastic as a dropped valve will not be able to blow your finger away.

Good cylinders will NOT allow you to keep your finger on it.-Bob
