Default 95 gsr..A/C and heat issues..

I have a 95 gsr and the a/c doesn't blow cold when I am stopped and just idling. I have recharged the a/c but it doesn't really help when idling it only starts to blow cool, almost warm when moving. I can feel the compressor turn on so I know that is working. And also my heat doesn't work at all. Just luke warm air.
Any info on things to check.
Thanks for any info.
Chris

Thats the first thing I checked and everything was ok. The valve moved back and forth just fine.

make sure to check the bowden cable adjustment for the blend door and the heater control valve(same cable). sometimes that valve may seem to be working properly but it'll will get stuck or break. it's just confusing though considering you dont have heat. how did you put the refrigerant into the system? what are your pressures at? i'd want to look at that with a set of gauges, you might have gotten air into your system....it wont cool for shit when that happens. turn your a/c on and let it run for awhile at idle, then feel the suction line and see if it cools down. it should sweat......i guess give us an update when you can.

Do you do a/c work. If you have the tools and knowledge I would pay you to look at it for me.
