Ok I know that this question has probably been asked several times but I cant seem to find the answer anywhere. What is the tranny code for a '99 b16a2 transmission? Im buying one and need to know how to figure out if it is an actual b16 tranny. I think my old one said YSK-4 or YSK-3, cant really remember. LMK people

then what does ysk-4 mean i think my boys said ysk-3?

 

The casing should say s4c ('99-'00 Si), but anything could be inside from an LS to a ITR. You never know unless you open it up or the car it came from was completely stock.
