plug wire question

Default plug wire question

are the plug wires different for vtec motors as compared to non-vtec motors. like are the plug wires the same for all b series motors. im pretty sure they are different but just double checking.

i think oem wires will be compatible from vtec to non vtec....but the aftermarket companies seem to list them under differnt categories so im guessing they do something different to them.

or they do that so people don't get confused.I know if they listed the plug wires like :fits all 94-01 integra they'd get loads of emails from different people asking what motor etc.

and I'm pretty sure they're different...just not quite sure how.

They are different. The reach to the plug is a different depth.

The other night we were basically stuck in BFE and we needed a spark plug wire and we used a d16y8 wire on an b18 so i mean it worked for us lol

From the top to the bottom they are a different length.
