Thats a very vague question...mildest lsvtec usually get around 175-180...and I have seen them go to 278 but that was a full race itb version with extensive tuning.

ya....vauge question....bone stock puts down about 140 to the wheels. 202 is a pretty common number from a semi built ls vtec. u could prolly get that using all honda parts. check ImportReview Re-direct if u want more dyno charts.

200whp is definitely attainable using some p30 pistons..everything else stock with a good tune..should be close..might need some itr cams and of course ur usual bolt ons. i/h/e..

hmm...i have an LS bottom with a GSR head in my teg...i was lookin to build it, to get sum more revs out of it and make it stronger..does anyone know a safe RPM to take my kinda of set up to...the ecu is chipped to go to 9.5grand...but ha...i dont plan to do that, not on stock internals...i really wanna build it all motor, and make it to handle atleast 9 grand, preferrably 10..i know this sounds reall noob..but i really want a strong motor, with high revs..let me know, of some setups you have heard of working...tuning, will definitly be the icing on the cake..

If you want to rev even close to 10,000, and you want it to last, the LS rod/stroke ratio is too low. GSR or b16 is better suited to that rpm.
Rods are just too short on the LS for those kinds of revs.
Could go with longer rods by raising the pin on custom pistons.
