Default timing belt cover

What is the easiest way to remove the low timing belt cover without removing the crank pulley? Also, if I remove the crank pulley with an impact gun, will I have to reset the timing on the motor or would I be able to crank it back on there without adjusting anything so long as the cams don't move.

There is no easy way to remove it without removing the crank pulley, and the timing belt is not attatched to the pulley, it's attatched to the gear behind the pulley so you'll be fine as long as you dont remove the timing belt.
Why are you taking off the lower timing belt cover anyway?

A piece of plastic fell in there and I don't want it to mess the car up so I can't drive it until I pull the plastic out.

Oh I thought you were taking it off for looks. But,You cant get it off because it loops around behind the pulley, and then theres a bolt or two that's right behind the pulley so you cant unscrew them.
