i just had a clutch put in maybe 3 weeks ago & id say a week ago it stopped working the car will run but wen u start the car & try to put it in gear it just wont go? also since the clutch was chaged my car has been sputtering really bad to the point wen u stop it will even shut off??? jus need some help thanx

 

also the motor is in a 93 teg gsr it has a 1.7 tranny

 

check the ECU ground its on the themo housing.

 

wheres that?

 

thermo housing is where the lower rad hose connects to the block.
for sputtering more than likely check dizzy and components + grounds .
for the clutch seeing the car and tranny i think you are running a cable tranny? if so adjust you cable. too tight won't engage properly and too loose the same thing. if that don't work release bearing may be faulty.

The throwout bearing probably wasn't lubed correctly or not at all.
