Driver Front Tire Scrubbing?
I have a 00 Honda DX Hatch with stock suspension and i am getting a Scrubbing noise sometimes from the drivers front tire when i hit dips or bumps in the roads? Its only on the drivers side and its not always i can hit the same patch of road on two different days and not hear it one then get it again the next anyone got suggestions? please advise. Am i looking at blown shocks? or somethign worse?

check the inside of the wheel well and make sure the fender guard isn't coming down or there is something stuck in the guard.
If you jack the car up and glance where the sound is coming from, Can you see if there are any scuff marks towards the inside of the wheel well?
Does it sound like plastic rubbing or metal?

Find a large parking lot and make some low gear circles to the right
with the steering wheel at full lock.
Get out and check to see how much clearance you have all the way around the tire, and notice how much the tire is straight up,
or if it is at an angle.
Do the same with circles to the left.
