Default Fastline Performance shifter.

So i have one laying in the garage and finally thought, What the hell i'll put it in being damn near $200....

Anyone else have one(doubt it)? any thoughts? i see them around everyonce in a while and was curious.

I believe heel toe sells them on honda-tech.. a guy around here used to have one but he went back to the stock shifter

damn, thatd be a good shifter for roadracing/autox.

Yes correct. It is from Heal-Toe...Hints where the image came from.

Basically what it's for, so you don't have to reach far for shifts and get's you as close as possible.

2 considerations/compromises for a shift lever:

Longer rod gets it closer to the steering wheel.
Longer rod requires more movement to shift.

Shorter rod requires less movement to shift.
Shorter rod requires slightly more effort.

Changing shift lever is a customizing/bling thing,
and really doesn't matter, unless the above is important to you.

BUT! Having said that, when someone calls me to install his
shift lever, I never refuse, because the bottom line is:

IF *YOU* are happy with your car, then *I* am happy with your car.-Bob
