Tighten the cylinder head bolts in two steps. On the first step tighten all the bolts, in sequence, to 22 ft. lbs. (30 Nm). On the final step, using the same sequence, tighten the bolts to 47 ft. lbs. (65 Nm).

no problem, here ya go

Tighten each bolt two turns at a time in the proper sequence to ensure that the rockers do not bind on the valves. Tighten the camshaft holder bolts for 1984-91 to 16 ft. lbs. (22 Nm). For 1992-95 engines, tighten to the torque specified:
8mm bolts:
D16Z6, D15Z1 engines: 14 ft. lbs. (20 Nm)
D15B7, D15B8 engines: 16 ft. lbs. (22 Nm)
6mm bolts:
All engines: 9 ft. lbs. (12 Nm)
