When i start the car i have to like force it in gear to go, its never done this before till now. What do i do about it. How or who can i take it to, to fix it? Please help!

Check the clutch master cylinder for fluid and or leaks. That would be the first place to start. Also is it making any kind of grinding noises?

I concur with terryho, and an adjustment might be in order.-Bob

i talked to him on the phone so it would be easier to find out what it was actually doing. just as most of us suspected, it had a squishy pedal, meaning low fluid. i told him how to check the master and slave cyls. for leaks. he should be good now

While I did read the thread, some cars have adjustments (either factory or not), that can be made and some do not. Your results may vary.

I still concur with terryho.-Bob

in hydro honda's you can adj. the pedal free play with the adjustment on the rod between the pedal and the master cyl., but i think the point that being made was that when your pedal all of the sudden gets squishy, it's not an adjustment issue, 99% of the time it's a leak that need's to be fixed. there's a couple other things that can happen, like the t/o bearing fork breaks, or the arm that goes on the fork shaft cracks. oh, and also the lock nut on the master cyl. shaft can come loose and make your pedal feel all wrong.
