No leaks, I drive in the rain all the time and never notice anything.. I'm sure the lost water and wet carpet are the same issue, just figuring out what it is, is the problem..

Have you looked under the car to make sure your floor pan drain plugs are in. Could be water spashing up, not dripping down.

Not weird to me. My 94 coupe hates coolant for some reason, though I am thankful that lately this finally has not been an issue.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

I don't really care too much about putting water in it once a week or so but the wet floor thing is rather annoying, I like my cars to smell good inside, not like mildew..

I was just informed that my mother-in-laws Acura is doing the same thing so I was asked to take a look at it. I'll probably dig into it this weekend and I'll post up what I find.

Try running the car for a few hours w/o AC and see if the water problem stops... I know you said you think its related w/ the water/coolant, but its a easy thing to try, if your out of ideas.

If it's coolant, it will feel and smell like the coolant in the radiator.
DON"T CHECK COOLANT WITH ENGINE EVEN WARM.

If it's A/C the wetness will smell/feel different than what's in the rad.-Bob
