Default 12 sec crx motor in a teggy

so yea im purchasing a b16 that went 12.4 in a crx, ive scene it, does ne kno what it will run in my teggy, or what it would be around?? lmk thanx

Tires, track conditions, driver, suspension, gearing and weight will all play a role.. the best way to find out is to just go out a race it. There really is too many variables to have an accurate idea of what you would run. I wouldnt even bother with the bench racing

i understand all that, what i was askin basically was the weight difference, from a CRX 2 a TEG, if there was a rough variable i could go by

just to take a wild guess low-mid 14's, mainly cause of the weight difference

Lot depends on the weight of the crx. at 12.4 in the 1320, sounds like its stripped down to the max.

Just figure you are losing 50 HP, essentially, due to the weight difference. In other words, getting a full trim teg back to 12.4 with a b16 would require about another 50 HP

aint no way a straight up b-16 going 12.4 in a full trim teg or a teg at that.
