Default 32mm axle nut wont budge..

Pulled the b20 outta my 4dr, was gonna put it in my coupe, but the fucking axle nut had a piece of metal jamed where it's suppose to be bent to stop it from moving, like someone had broke a flathead screwdriver head off in it, now the nut WILL NOT budge, not even with a 6ft breaker bar.. What do I do? Grind it off?

Can you heat it with a torch?
That may break it loose.
I wouldn't grind it off unless your ready to buy a new Axle.

Got it, I pulled the whole hub off the front, since I'm putting the sohc into my 4dr and the b20 with new axles in the coupe, I just pulled the whole hub with the axle stuck in it and threw her in the 4dr.. swaps should be done tomorrow, the b20 will be atleast, I know that for a fact

gettir done!

I guess that is one way to do it. Once you get it running take your car and a new nut to a place that works on semi's and have them shoot the nut off with one of their 1250lb-ft impact guns.

I break those nuts loose for plenty of people so they can work on their cars. Wish I knew while the car was still driveable to my garage.-Bob

It's still diveable, the bolt was WELDED into the hub for some reason, bought the car like that, but I switched whole hubs out, and the axle is in the other car, with the other hub,
