Are you getting spark?
Is the motor timed correctly?
Is the fuel pump working? (carefully unbolt the FPR and see if there is fuel in the rail)

You have the proper wire harness and ECU?
What car is this swap in?
Where in NPR are you?

so your running an obd1 distributer on an obd0 computer that your problem. an obd1 dizzy is different from and obd0. the only way you can run the obd1 is if you get a jumper harness and obd1 ls computer a then you should be fine. but since you had an ls in it before your old dizzy should work on that motor with no problem. someone correct me if i wrong. but change the dizzy and it should start no problem
