So anyone seen these and know who makes them?

yea I know if I could get them in 16"s I'd definitely do it. And I don't wanna here some idiot say "well all ITR rims are 16"(which I know all aren't so don't give me crap lol) but I like them because they are 4x100 and not 4x114 or 5x114

 

I would get them they look clean on a civic. And you wouldnt have to do a 5 lug conversion, HEHE.
