oem GSR cat, what size/thread nuts?
on a OEM GSR cat what is the size/thread pitch, or w/e of the stock bolts?? Im talking about on the rear side of the cat where it has 3 bolts that connects to the rest of the cat back. What do i tell the hardware store i need? It has the OEM bolts on the cat already, and i need the nuts..

I would find another nut of the same size somewhere on the car, remove it, test fit it where the missing nut was, and carry THAT nut into the hardware store.-Bob

finding the right size thread/diameter of a bolt when you don't know
Plan B: Put an adjustable wrench on the bolt/stud threads to measure diameter, remember if the threads are course or fine, take the adjustable wrench into the store, find a bolt with threads that fit into the wrench, and pick out nuts with course/fine threads (or three of each, and return the rest later).
Whichever screws onto the bolts is the right choice.-Bob
