Wow theres only a handful of people in the U.S. who are an authorized dealer. I just thought that was pretty cool

There are reasons eCtune is only available to tuners right now. Small bugs, feature requests, etc. T4EG had known about Crome's ignition timing / phasing bug(s) for a year now. It's definately there. One of the reasons I never liked tuning stock ECU based editors/managements. eCtune looks VERY promising though

so is that where my intermittent idle surge is coming from? i thought it was a vacuum leak, but after checking everything, its still there.

I would have to take a look at the variables again to say that it is the software on your setup as I don't recall seeing the issue on the dyno. Then again I did pull it off in a hurry to save you money because of your exhaust leak.

Oh well, we will transfer you over to eCtune on your new setup.

yeah, it didnt show up until i got home. no big deal, it was just something that i couldnt figure out. i just wanted to have everything as close to perfect as possible before i bring it back up to you.

so do requirements for havin u tune a car any different..since i know hondata u got to actually buy itself..is that how eCtune is or is it like crome just better...cuz i plan on finishing up my car in the next two months and getting it tuned...
