wow thats about as vague as it gets. It could be serveral things, but first did you hit the door lock unlock or lock on the master switch? If all doors don't lock or unlock check the master switch for continuity and perfrom input tests on the swtich which i can help you out with later as far as terminal pins etc.. to check. You will need a dvom. Let me know what it is first before i pull out the etm. It could be something simple like a power window switch which is common but not as comon as a actuator failing. Both are easy to fix. It could also be (providing that the input switch test checks out good) a break or open between the swtich and the fuse box. That wire goes through the door to the fuse box.(goes between the door jam by the door hinges covered in a plastic tube) Ive seen some of these open just from age.(Mulitple wire breaks in the door jam harness or door harness.) But it would be more then likely mulitple problems though that run off that same harness like the power mirrors don't also operate etc.. or window(s) does not go up and down. Or multiple problems failures more so on new more advance complex electrical networks like the b-can system-etc.. anyways mulitple breaks is usually suspected if one is open in the door harness. Inspect the door harness if it comes to this carfefully. Your circut for the power door locks is most simple.

If the passenger side works but the drivers side doesn't or visa versa 9/10 its the door lock actuator for the non working side. You would suspect! Usually a werid noise is heard from the door with a faulty door lock actuator goes bad but sometimes nothing it just quits period.

Also first thing would be check the fuse for the power door locks under dash fuse box. your problably know this.

Very simple circut to diagnoise. I can help you out if you let me know, just make sure first the the fuse is good and that the master switch works one side or not.
